Refund and Return Policy

Welcome to the Junction Mart website www.junctionmart.in. At Junction Mart, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase from our website. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Return Window

– Customers may return a product within 5 days from the delivery of the product.

2. Refund Timeframe

– Customers who return a product will receive a refund within 6-7 business days from the time when the product is picked up from the customer.

3. Return Charges

– For returns initiated by the customer after accepting the product from delivery person but within 5 days of the delivery of the product. This service is provided free of cost.

4. Return Eligibility Timeframe

– No return or refund requests will be accepted after 5 days from the time of delivery of the product.

5. Product Condition

– To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition and form, including its original packaging.

-The product must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

– Products that have been damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

– The delivery person will inspect the product’s condition and form at the time of pickup. If the product does not meet the original condition and packaging criteria, the return request will not be accepted.

6. Return Initiation Process/ How to Request a Return?

– Log in to your Junction Mart account.

Go to the “Order History” section and select the order containing the product you wish to return.

Click on the “Return” option next to the product you want to return.

Follow the provided instructions to complete the return request.

8. Refund Method

– Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase.

– In case of Orders with Cash on Delivery, the customer have to provide us the details of bank account for processing the refund.

9. Cancellation of Orders

– Orders can be cancelled before they are out for delivery. Once dispatched, the standard return policy applies.

 By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the above terms and conditions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

10. Return policy for order containing customize design

– Customized designs incorporating personal elements like names, faces, or symbols are non-returnable. Eligibility for returns on customized designs products will be communicated to customers before accepting their order.

  1. Refund amount if product was purchased applying Discount
  • Amount of refund depends on how many products are returned and how much discount was applied. Amount of money refunded will make the purchase of remaining product as per the discount policy.
  • For example, If you purchased 5 products and then you returned 3 products. Then amount refunded will be such which makes scenario of you purchasing only 2 products from by creating a particular order. In above mentioned case amount of rupees 1497/- will be refunded.
  • To be specific, Amount of rupees 499/- per each t-shirt returned will be refunded.
